    Workshop 1 is the core of the Art of Undieting program. In this workshop we'll be exploring the 10 secrets to the Art of Undieting. 

  • WORKSHOP 2: PRE-CHALLENGE 

    In workshop 2 we'll cover the do's and don'ts of the program, the eating plan and what you need to do to before you start.  

  • WORKSHOP 3: FINDING BALANCE AND YOUR WHY

    This workshop is all about the non-food aspects of your life that are preventing you from reaching your weight-loss and health goals.  You will learn about the importance of paying attention to those things that cause stress in your life.  You will identify the areas that are out of balance and come up with a plan of action that can be implemented immediately.  You will also be guided through an acitivity to find your why.

"To me, losing weight meant starvation and I lived by this rule from the age of 9. All diets work in order to lose a few kilos, but from my vast experience, are not sustainable. I was already overweight before COVID 19 became a household name, but finally challenged my bathroom scale on 21 September 2020 and faced a shocking 104,6 kilograms. Refusing to focus on the mountain ahead of me, I bravely tackled the journey, hoping to eventually reach a comfortable 74 kg mark, which is ideal for my length at 1,74 m.

 

As the bathroom scale embraced my downhill attempts, I accidentally stumbled across “The Art of Undieting” on Facebook. Monica’s presentation and her contagious enthusiasm captured my interest. The introductory session resonated with my own experiences and I joined the challenge on 8 March weighing 79,6 kilograms.

 

I was very sceptical about “weight loss” while eating all the delicious foods and almost felt “guilty” after enjoying every single meal. I am very blessed with good genes and good health and apart from an irritating post-nasal drip, I was still committed to becoming a healthier version of myself.

 

The initial ‘restricted’ 4 weeks were a breeze, in comparison with any diet imaginable, and my energy levels flourished and I discovered the cause of my post-nasal drip.. My mind had a facelift during the process, but I was still a little sceptical about losing weight when I looked at the delicious food on my plate. I never felt hungry or deprived and, while experimenting with different ideas, I acquired new cooking skills.

 

Unfortunately, I didn’t take measurements, but my clothes said it all. The biggest surprise was my bathroom scale. I dropped 6.4kg after the first 4 weeks and a total of 8.6kg at the end of the challenge.
