The Art of Undieting was developed by Monica, an Integrative Nutrition Practitioner. When Monica was diagnosed with a very rare inflammatory disease, she realized that the only way to get her life back, was to put her knowledge and studies to the test and become her own nutritionist. Her health was her first priority and as she started experimenting with ways to naturally heal, she soon realized that she had stumbled on something incredibly powerful. What she discovered got rid of 99% of her health concerns, but it also enabled her to easily reach and maintain her ideal body weight. Since then, she has helped 100's of people do the same.
In the Art of Undieting Fundamentals course, Monica shares the 10 secrets to the Art of Undieting. These core principles are designed for a very specific person. That person has health issues and/or struggles to reach their ideal body weight. They understand that conventional dieting is not a long-term and sustainable way of reaching and maintaining those goals.
